About Blake
Blake Erwin is a Senior Associate and Wealth Planning Specialist at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a member of J.P. Morgan Wealth Partners, a select group of highly experienced advisors within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Blake works closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. He takes a holistic approach to wealth planning and commits to placing the best interests of clients first.
To enhance his financial planning knowledge, Blake earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. The CFP® certification reflects a commitment to rigorous standards in the financial planning profession, and its principal concepts include investments, estate planning, insurance, taxation and retirement. The AIF® designation indicates training in the foundational principles of fiduciary duty for those who manage or advise on investor assets.
Additionally, Blake is working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst^®Charterholder and is currently a CFA®^ Level II candidate. The CFA® credential is recognized across the investment profession for its emphasis on advanced portfolio management, financial knowledge, technical skills and ethical conduct, supported by a rigorous curriculum and ongoing standards of practice.
Blake attended Florida Atlantic University and obtained a B.A. in Health Science, an M.B.A. with a concentration in Business Analytics, and a Graduate Certificate in Big Data Analytics. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as a Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuity insurance license. Blake actively participates as a member of several organizations, including CFA Society South Florida, East Coast Estate Planning Council, Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, and Financial Planning Association of South Florida.
Born and raised in South Florida, Blake enjoys all that the Sunshine State has to offer. He lives with his girlfriend, Katelyn, and they enjoy the outdoors, staying active, reading, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
