As a former professional athlete and entrepreneur, Roberto brings a valuable perspective to his work. He has a first-hand understanding of the dedication and ambition required to pursue success, whether in athletics, entertainment or the business realm. Many of his clients face short earning windows and need to provide asset protection for the decades to come, making it crucial to develop strategies that help safeguard their wealth. Roberto draws from the support of J.P. Morgan's extensive resources and intellectual capital to empower clients with financial education and insights, equipping them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. In addition to his work with individuals, he collaborates with foundations and endowments that support amateur athletes through NIL sponsorships.
Roberto joined J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in 2022, transitioning from a role at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He was previously a professional athlete in the National Football League from 2016 through 2021.
A graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Criminology, Roberto was a member of the school's NCAA National Championship Football team. He supports his alma mater through the FSU Financial Advocacy Board and assists in the University's Finance Department, as needed.
Born and raised in Central Florida, Roberto has cultivated a deep network that includes athletes and stakeholders. His fluency in Spanish positions him as a valuable connector between individuals and the organizations that he actively participates in, striving to be a positive influence and make a meaningful impact on the community. Roberto enjoys golfing and spending time with his big family.
