About Luther
Luther Stuhlman is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
In his role as Executive Director of The Armour Bellavia Stuhlman Group, Luther is responsible for handling all aspects of investment management, including support of equity, options, FX and fixed income brokerage trades. He also focuses on alternative investment analysis, fundamental analysis and portfolio construction/manager selection.
As a member of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Portfolio Manager Program, Luther is one of a select group of advisors who undergo a screening process to manage discretionary client portfolios, and are subject to ongoing quantitative and qualitative reviews to assess each advisor's investment strategy. He also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) certification that enables him to act as an advisor to retirement plans.
Luther is diligent in his pursuit of serving clients' needs, as evidenced by his meticulous attention to detail, careful and accurate follow-up on client requests, and transaction monitoring. He credits his ability to listen and understand clients' needs as being primary components in finding appropriate strategies when client issues arise.
A cum laude graduate of Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Economics, Luther has more than 16 years of industry experience.
Luther obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in September 2012, indicating that he has completed rigorous training in bridging industry practice and investment theory, providing a strong foundation in investment analysis and portfolio management skills. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Luther lives in New Canaan, CT, with his wife, Stephanie, and their three sons. In his downtime, he enjoys playing sports with his children, skiing and playing golf. Luther is an avid supporter of his alma mater.
