About Brendy
Brendy Kamba is a Client Associate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a member of the Armour Group, Brendy manages daily multi-level client support and enhancement. She also helps initiate sales and marketing efforts for new and existing clients. Brendy employs strong leadership and communication skills and is a devoted interface, readily available to answer questions and facilitate requests. She serves as a conduit to the full breadth of products and services available at the firm.
The youngest of six siblings and the only one born in the U.S., Brendy was raised by French-speaking Congolese parents who were new to the American culture and struggled to find their economic footing. That experience drove her toward a career in financial services so that—in addition to her work with high-net-worth individuals—she could offer underserved communities the tools to establish a generational legacy.
Brendy has a particular passion for both representing and partnering with minority groups and women of color to give back for the mentorship she has received. She has volunteered her time with Women of Tomorrow, a program that encourages professionals to share their knowledge, expertise and support with at-risk and disadvantaged girls as a catalyst for success.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Brendy earned a B.S. in Finance. There, she was a founding member of the school's Black Students in Business Organization. Brendy began her career in 2020 as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Advisors and was recruited to the firm upon graduation. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Brendy lives in Miami, Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys sharing her love of music with her family and friends. Her interests include volleyball, running, swimming and tennis.
