About John
John Castaldo is an Investment Assocate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a member of The Fonseca Group, John provides operational and customer service support for sophisticated professionals and high-net-worth individuals and families from all over the globe. John's responsibilities include onboarding new and prospective clients, executing securities transactions, and coordinating operational aspects of The Fonseca Group. His reputation for managing day-to-day activities in a steady and experienced manner is consistently noted by clients, matching The Fonseca Group's firm-wide exceptional reputation.
John began his career in 2019 at Bank of America as a Relationship Banker, where he acquired skills to carefully address individual clients' needs. He then was promoted to Relationship Management in 2020, gaining valuable relationship management experience by managing high-net-worth client relationship accounts, business consulting, mortgage acquisitions, and life plan management.
In April of 2022, John joined The Fonseca Group at J.P. Morgan Wealth Advisors where he is now a vital member of the team, proudly driving outstanding client service.
John graduated summa cum laude from Mercy College with a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences, with a concentration in Psychology. While continuing his career within the wealth management world, he pursued graduate-level education. Graduating at the top of his class with Distinction, John earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.
John holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as the Variable, Heath, and Life Insurance licenses. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional and earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation.
Active in his community, John volunteers many hours a week to youth group activities and service at his local church. His role in the organization helps provide a positive role model to the local youth by teaching and guiding them.
