About Aaron
Aaron Nichols is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Aaron provides leadership and direction to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions, helping them deploy their wealth with greater forethought and care. With more than two decades of wealth-management experience, he offers direct knowledge of the opportunities that accomplished clients encounter, supporting their efforts to grow, preserve, and transfer their wealth more effectively.
Clients look to Aaron and his team for an integrated suite of services, including wealth planning, cash-flow modeling, pre-liquidity-event planning, and goals-based investment management. He offers a tax-sensitive approach that features diversified, multi-asset portfolios employing both public markets and private investments. Consultative by nature, Aaron spends significant time discussing clients' risk tolerance so that he can embed those parameters within his approach. Ultimately, he seeks to help clients fulfill the purpose they envision for their lives, families, and communities, connecting their wealth to their long-term aspirations.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, Aaron spent more than eleven years with First Republic Private Wealth Management, where he was a Managing Director and Wealth Manager. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President and Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab. Aaron gained valuable experience as President and CEO of Nichols Research, a market research firm, overseeing its sale in 2016.
