Reynolds Ospina is a Managing Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Reynolds provides sustained guidance and tailored advice to a select group of entrepreneurs, professional investors, senior executives, nonprofit organizations and institutions, supporting their aspirations and reducing the complexity of their financial affairs. Drawing on more than 25 years of wealth management experience, he offers the knowledge and insight that are grounded in a genuine commitment to client well-being.
Keenly attuned to the intricacies of substantial wealth, Reynolds specializes in offering innovative, tax-sensitive investment strategies customized to the risk parameters of each client. His proficiencies extend to concentrated wealth strategies, financial planning, cash-flow modeling and balance sheet review. An attentive listener, Reynolds is thorough in his analysis, taking the time to appreciate the distinctive circumstances of each client. He and his team, he notes, often become an extension of a family, advising two—and even three—generations. A firm believer in financial education, Reynolds is gratified to support the rising generation in embracing the habits and mindsets of sound stewardship.
Reynolds moved to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023 with his team and has earned national recognition for his work. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Wealth Manager at First Republic Investment Management, which he joined in 2014. Reynolds' professional journey also includes senior roles at Harvest Capital Strategies LLC, a high-net-worth asset manager overseeing $1.6 billion, as well as positions with Thomas Weisel Partners and Hambrecht & Quist. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration in Finance from Old Dominion University.
Within his professional community, Reynolds is a member of the Security Traders Association of San Francisco. Previously, he served on the board of ALAS, the Alliance for Latinos Advancing Success, at First Republic. He is also a past board member for Calvary Nursery School and Calvary Presbyterian Church.
A native of Garden City, New York, Reynolds and his wife, Sarah, currently live in San Francisco with their three children. In his free hours, he enjoys hiking, skiing, running, reading and spending time with friends and family.
