About Jeremy
Jeremy McChesney is a Managing Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
A co-founder of The JMT Group, Jeremy has built a team focused on the complexities of wealth management and planning. He draws on his deep experience in this space to guide Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and executives in navigating sophisticated strategies for asset allocation, tax-aware investments, the diversification of concentrated stock positions and wealth transfer approaches. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, he believes that by managing the personal financial scenarios of accomplished individuals, he can free them to lead successful companies and attend to their professional priorities.
Jeremy offers direct access to J.P. Morgan's fortress balance sheet and global capabilities. He leads the team in offering innovative and comprehensive services to clients, with a focus on exceptional customer care, insightful investment advice and customized wealth management strategies that reflect each client's vision.
Throughout a fifteen-year career, Jeremy has earned numerous awards and industry recognitions. He is highly networked in the community and connects likeminded individuals to share synergistic ideas. Jeremy spent many years at Wells Fargo Advisors before moving to First Republic Bank. In 2023, he transitioned with his team to J.P. Morgan.
Jeremy earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Davis, where he competed as an N.C.A.A. Division I baseball player throughout his collegiate career. As a pitcher for the Aggies, he was part of the first Division I playoff team in school history.
Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys family time with his wife and three kids. He has a passion for golf and is a talented guitarist who plays whenever possible.
