About Marci
Marci Rosenfeld is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P Morgan Wealth Management.
A co-founder of The JMT Group, Marci works with highly successful clients across the Greater Bay Region to understand their financial goals and the challenges they face. She coordinates a team of specialists to provide custom wealth management services that include banking, credit, investment management, and trust and estate services. She has a particular focus on working with entrepreneurs, corporate executives and investors who are transitioning their businesses through M&A or public market transactions.
Throughout a two-decade career, Marci built a skillset that includes a specialization in concentrated stock diversification, hedging, and monetization strategies, originally honed as part of Credit Suisse's Private Client Group. She joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023 from her position at First Republic Bank. Previously, Marci was a Wealth Advisor and Managing Director at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where she was known as a committed client advocate. Earlier, she was with Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, starting in their New York office in 2006 as the Head of their Integrated Strategies Group, where she developed the partnership between the Private Wealth Management, Corporate Banking and Investment Banking divisions.
Marci launched her career as an attorney in the corporate group at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in New York City, where she worked on venture capital finance documentation.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Marci also earned a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law. Before starting her career, she lived in Bialystok, Poland for a year, teaching English at a local high school.
Marci is a current Board member and a former Chair of the Board of Trustees of Working Solutions CDFI, a San Francisco-based Community Development Financial Institution dedicated to providing diverse entrepreneurs with affordable small business loans to increase economic opportunity in the Bay Area. She is also Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco.
