Forbes
At The Naeimi Group, we seek to understand how clients arrived at where they are today and where they want to go from here. That means looking beyond investments to consider goals, family circumstances, tax circumstances, estate and legacy intentions, liquidity needs and other factors that shape their financial picture. From there, we develop and test a strategy designed around each client's individual circumstances, then work together to put that strategy into action.
A personalized and disciplined approach
Our work is grounded in comprehensive wealth planning. We work with high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs and senior executives, including those in the technology industry, helping them address the interconnected decisions that accompany complex financial circumstances.
We follow a structured process that moves from discovery and planning to disciplined implementation and ongoing monitoring. As circumstances evolve, we regularly revisit the strategy, evaluating how changes in a client's life, the markets or tax environment may affect the plan and making adjustments as appropriate. This planning-first approach helps keep investment decisions connected to the goals established at the outset.
Looking at how the pieces connect
We recognize that investments are only one component of a client's financial life. Retirement income, concentrated stock positions, trusts and estates, tax considerations, insurance, cash management and wealth transfer can all influence the decisions made today and the opportunities available in the future.
Our role is to help bring those pieces together. We work closely with clients and coordinate with their attorneys, accountants and other trusted professionals as appropriate, evaluating how one decision may affect another. Depending on a client's circumstances, our work may encompass retirement income planning, inherited IRA and Roth conversion considerations, complex trust structures and planning for future care needs. For executives and business owners in particular, this may also include concentrated equity positions, liquidity needs and the transition of wealth to the next generation.
Experience applied with purpose
With more than 25 years in financial services, Pourya brings the perspective gained from working with executives, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and multi-generational families through a wide range of market environments and life transitions. That experience informs disciplined investment decision-making and a deep familiarity with the complex decisions families may face over generations.
Our goal is to serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families, helping connect investment decisions with the other priorities that shape their future and keeping each family's long-term interests at the center of our work. By combining a personalized strategy with ongoing attention and access to the resources of J.P. Morgan, we strive to help clients preserve and grow their wealth in support of their longterm goals and the generations that follow.
