About Jack

Jack Inserra is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

A co-founder of The Lynch Inserra Kaufman Team, Jack has guided high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners as they pursue their wealth goals for more than 30 years. He draws on his deep wealth management experience to provide tailored strategies that ensure clients are well-positioned for both their present lifestyle and the future they envision.

A people person and the "heart of the team," Jack believes strongly in the power of personalized service. His friendly, approachable personality and easy rapport ensure excellent communication and strong relationships. As he works to forge connections with each client, he also helps them connect with each other, believing that synergies enhance positive outcomes for everyone.

Before transitioning to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023 with the other team members, he was a Wealth Manager at First Republic Private Wealth Management for four years. His previous roles included First Vice President at UBS Financial Services, beginning in 2006, and Vice President at Smith Barney. He began his career at Shearson Lehman. Jack's interest in helping people fulfill their personal wealth goals was sparked at an early age when he was instrumental in helping his father run their family business. There, he learned the importance of teamwork, which he further strengthened as a Division I scholarship athlete on the football and wrestling teams at Penn State University. He holds a B.A. in Communications.

Jack resides in Saddle River, NJ, and is the proud father to a son who is following in his father's athletic footsteps as a member of the football team at Bucknell University. Active in his community, Jack has served as a member of the Saddle River Fire Department for nearly two decades.
