About Charles

Charles Glackin is an Executive Director and Wealth Partner with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As the founder of The Glackin Group, Charles offers a white-glove approach to address the sophisticated financial needs of successful business owners, serial entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families. He delivers guidance for the diversification of concentrated wealth, tax efficiency, estate planning and other long-term and comprehensive wealth management strategies.

Charles has built a fundamentally-based practice focused on equity and fixed income research, portfolio hedging strategies and investment allocation modeling.

With a career that began more than 30 years ago, Charles spent much of that time at one firm. After careful consideration, he made the difficult decision to leave Morgan Stanley for the opportunity to provide clients with J.P. Morgan's wealth of products and services delivered within an intimate setting. Charles is pleased to be backed by the power and capabilities of the organization, which he combines with the substantial wealth management experience of The Glackin Group.

An alumnus of both Temple University (B.S. Finance) and West Chester University (B.A. Governmental Affairs), he holds many professional designations in the field of investment management.

Charles is an avid golfer and regularly competes on the amateur level. He is a novice collector of automobiles and enjoys traveling. Charles and his wife, Christina, have one son, James and a foster daughter, Tyhana.
