About Ryan

Ryan Kimes is a Private Wealth Planner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Ryan began his career in the financial services industry in 2014 and has since developed a deep understanding of comprehensive financial planning to better serve the clients he works with. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Ryan is well versed in a broad range of financial planning topics with a specialization in cash flow analysis, retirement planning and tax planning.

Ryan graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. with an emphasis in Financial Services. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ryan held planning roles at a nationally recognized Registered Investment Advisory firm and a local family office. In these positions, Ryan has helped hundreds of households map out their financial lives to better achieve their goals. Ryan's careful consideration of a client's individualized circumstances aids in creating client-focused plans and recommendations that are tailored to their needs.

Ryan is based in San Diego, California. Outside of the office, Ryan is a weightlifting enthusiast, frequent surfer and reader. He is also a current M.B.A. candidate at San Diego State University.
