Sam Fulmer is a Vice President and Investment Consultant at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As a member of the Retirement Plan Consulting team, Sam offers investment advice related to a variety of retirement plan types. He oversees the team's discretionary investment menus within the Defined Contribution (D.C.) Consulting program and collaborates with clients and Advisors to assess non-discretionary investment menus, providing recommendations based on clients' individualized objectives. These offerings include J.P. Morgan's comprehensive range of 401(k), 403(b) and 457 retirement plans.

Sam has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 2018, he has worked in Strategy and as an Investment Specialist. During graduate school, Sam worked as a Multi-Asset Portfolio Analyst at Wellington Management, covering alternative risk premia strategies and opportunistic fixed-income portfolios. He began his career in financial market data and research sales at Thomson Reuters and Moody's Analytics.

Sam holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University's D'Amore McKim School of Business and a B.A. in English from St. Lawrence University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® Level II candidate and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses.
