About John
Jack Gallagher is a Wealth Advisor and Vice President at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Jack has deep and broad experience providing tailored wealth management strategies to a client base that includes large family offices, high-net-worth individuals, C-level executives and their companies. Due to the firm's boutique nature and vast platform, Jack can readily access the firm's specialists and professional resources, including its tactical research and asset management capabilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Jack spent 24 years with Smith Barney, where he implemented comprehensive financial plans for publicly traded companies, high-networth corporate executives and their families, hospitals, medical groups and foundations. He began his career at Arthur Andersen Consulting.
Jack earned a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. Originally from New York City, he lives in the Richmond District of San Francisco with his wife, Patricia.
An active community member, Jack has been involved with several charitable and professional organizations. Most recently, he served as a board member of City Youth Now from 1998 through 2012, and was board President from 2010 to 2012.
