As a co-founder of the Alta Group, Douglas provides tailored strategies and wealth-management advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and their businesses, helping them discern what they want to accomplish with their wealth and delineating a thoughtful pathway to those priorities. With investment experience dating from 2000, he offers a seasoned perspective on the capital markets, sharing the knowledge he has gained to help clients navigate diverse investment conditions with poise and confidence.

Clients from varied paths engage Douglas's advice. Many are wealth creators who have competing demands for their time and attention. And still others are business owners in need of retirement planning for themselves and their employees. To each of these relationships, Douglas is gratified to educate people about their options, enhancing their longterm financial security. Mutual trust is the foundation of his approach: "I look to be a steadfast presence in clients' lives," he notes, "looking out for their well-being and grounding my work in integrity."

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, Douglas was a Managing Director and Wealth Manager at First Republic Private Wealth Management, which he joined in 2012.
