Clifford Young is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a member of The ARA Group, Cliff delivers wealth planning and investment services to successful executives of Silicon Valley firms whose wealth originates primarily from equity positions in public companies. He also serves centers of influence such as accountants, attorneys, physicians and real estate professionals.
In his client-facing role, Cliff is notably focused on conveying an attentive level of service to help ensure his clients' needs are addressed through high-quality, tax-efficient portfolios that also encompass legacy planning. He serves as a sounding board for his clients to broach ideas and goes the extra mile to implement best practices for managing significant assets. He is known for his ongoing dedication to building solid relationships, which he demonstrates through continual contact each year.
In a career in financial services spanning more than a decade, Cliff spent the first half working as a Financial Advisor on the Corporate Equity Stock Plan team at Morgan Stanley, helping clients unwind their equity positions. He joined The ARA Group as a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Driven by a desire to convey superior client service, he and the team moved to First Republic Private Wealth Management, where he was a Vice President and Wealth Manager, before transitioning in his current capacity to J.P. Morgan in 2023.
Cliff graduated from San Francisco State University, where he earned a B.S. in Biology.
A resident of the Greater Bay Area, Cliff enjoys golfing, bicycling, and spending time with his family. He is engaged in the community through his children's activities and volunteers with his son's Little League Baseball team. To give back for all that he has received, he is launching an initiative to donate drones to elementary schools as part of a program to encourage and foster student interest and education in technology.
