About Gregory
Greg Argyres is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Greg's focus is on delivering portfolio management services for The ARA Group's thriving client base, including corporate executives, leaders of publicly traded companies, business owners and high-net-worth families. In his forward-facing investment role, he selects and monitors portfolio investments and designs sophisticated wealth planning scenarios. He plays an instrumental role in critical areas across the group and imparts high-touch service for the team's wealthy clients.
In a career that spans nearly two decades, Greg began working as an intern with the team at UBS Financial Services while he was in graduate school, where his talent for creating detailed analysis rose to the forefront. Upon graduation, he joined the group full-time, helping to guide executives on their corporate stock option plans. Greg moved with the team to Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as a Senior Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor and then to First Republic Private Wealth Management as a Wealth Manager. He transitioned to J.P. Morgan in his present role in 2023.
Greg graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a B.A. and earned an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. In addition, Greg is a CFA® Level II Candidate.
Greg resides on the San Francisco Peninsula with his twin sons and daughter. He volunteers his time to youth softball/baseball athletic activities in his town and coaches his children's teams.
