Harriet provides reliable leadership to The BG Group, overseeing its operations and helping create a client experience notable for its immediacy and responsiveness. She offers the knowledge she has gained from extensive exposure to the needs of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, fostering a seamless experience that seeks to provide clients with the confidence they need to pursue their goals more effectively.
Within the team, Harriet holds a number of responsibilities. She leads the team's Client Associates, allocating an effective workflow and guiding team members on the firm's processes and systems. She is particularly skilled in addressing complex client requests that require individualized attention and persistent follow-through. Committed to excellence, Harriet fosters a high-achieving culture that prioritizes the timely resolution of client inquiries. She also spearheads team collaboration, leading regular meetings to ensure the smooth delivery of client services and robust client coverage. Analytically skilled, Harriet also oversees budgetary and reporting functions, helping to ensure the team is advancing its objectives.
Harriet draws on more than 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to moving with her team to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, she spent eight years with First Republic Private Wealth Management, where she was a Director and Business Practice Manager. Earlier, Harriet worked for six years at Barclay's Wealth Management, where she met Rick Gordon and Hugh Beecher, becoming an integral part of their team. Her career also includes seven years with Lehman Brothers, where she gained valuable operations experience. She has worked in investing and wealth management since 2000.
Harriet holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses.
