Maddy works closely with clients, helping them streamline their financial lives so they can gain more time for their professional and personal pursuits. Her areas of focus include new account onboarding, account administration, money movement, and client communications.
A capable problem solver, Maddy is skilled in resolving client issues, quickly and efficiently. She offers an optimistic outlook paired with a strong work ethic, allowing her to provide clients with reassurance that their needs are addressed with diligence and resolve. Maddy points to client interaction as one of her favorite aspects of her role. She is gratified to help individuals and families simplify the management of their wealth, building a strong foundation for generations to come.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, Maddy served as a Senior Enterprise Market Development Representative with DocuSign. She earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Originally from Palo Alto, Maddy is happy to be back to her roots in the Bay. Outside the office, she enjoys distance running and competes regularly in half marathons. She also loves creating ceramics and traveling.
