About Shannon

Shannon Calhoun is a Vice President and Business Management Specialist with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. As a member of Elaine Meyers' wealth management group, she provides service and support to ultra-high-net-worth clients with sophisticated investment and complex wealth management needs. Shannon's responsibilities include liaising with various departments and lines of business across the firm to address client inquiries, and to maintain the highest levels of customized service and attention. Shannon recognizes the critical nature of her forward-facing role, and works diligently to consistently deliver an excellent client experience.

With 17 years of experience in financial services, Shannon spent much of her career at UBS, serving in various advisory and field management capacities. In 2007, she helped launch the UBS Private Wealth Management (PWM) initiative, opening the Los Angeles PWM office. In 2010, she moved to the San Francisco PWM office to assist in further expanding its footprint in the Seattle and Salt Lake City markets. She earned her B.A. from Georgetown University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 licenses, and the California Life Insurance license.

Active in the running and cycling communities, Shannon participates in mountain trail racing, mentors new runners, and volunteers at various races and events. She is an active supporter of She Jumps, an organization committed to increasing the participation of women and girls in outdoor activities. Shannon also supports Boxer Rescue Los Angeles, a dog rescue dedicated to saving and adopting Boxers across Southern California. She lives in San Francisco, and in her free time enjoys painting, live music and discovering craft food.
