Jeanna is a Vice President and Senior Client Associate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Jeanna runs the operations team for the OCB Group, taking the lead on day-to-day operations and mentoring more junior members of the team so her colleagues can succeed in their roles. Often the main point of contact for clients, she has built strong relationships with internal partners to solve problems, remove obstacles, and find answers that clients seek.
Jeanna graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Global Studies. She began her career in 2013 at IRTH Communications as an Investor Relations Associate and then moved to Morgan Stanley as a Registered Client Service Associate, where she developed skills to carefully address individual clients' needs. Jeanna joined J.P. Morgan in 2018. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Jeanna grew up in Los Angeles and currently resides in Alameda with her husband, Tom. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, Pilates and yoga.
