About Andrea
Andrea Borgioli is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Andrea provides sustained leadership and advice to individuals and families, helping them simplify the complexities that significant wealth can pose. Drawing on more than two decades in investing and wealth management, he offers a thoughtful and analytical approach to multiple facets of client wealth, supporting a more cohesive framework to advance client priorities. Andrea's areas of concentration include portfolio design and asset allocation, wealth planning, trust services and family wealth dynamics.
Clients from varied paths look to Andrea for assistance. Many are real estate investors and entrepreneurs. Others are trust grantors or beneficiaries who require fiduciary asset management. And still others have forged their own paths to wealth. To each of these relationships, Andrea offers focused attention, a disciplined perspective and steady integrity, demonstrating his commitment to the well-being of each client and family.
Prior to moving to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management with his team in 2023, Andrea spent more than five years with First Republic Private Wealth Management, where he was a Managing Director and Wealth Manager. His career also includes 12 years with Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he was a Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Manager. Previously, Andrea gained experience with a Swiss bank in Lugano, was an International Strategy Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, and served as a research scientist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena.
Andrea earned his MBA, cum laude, from Bocconi International School of Management and his advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Florence in Italy.
A resident of Santa Barbara for more than 25 years, Andrea enjoys spending time in his community. He and his wife, Rebecca, have two teenage children. In his free time, Andrea likes to play tennis and volleyball.
