Symphony Santos is a Business Analyst on the Outsourced Family Office Team at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Bringing more than a decade of project management experience in the energy industry and the investment banking space to her role, Symphony is focused on client management and business operations for the team. She assists clients, resolves issues and implements procedures to help strengthen relationships between the team and the families they serve. From engaging in day-to-day communications with customers and answering their questions to collecting information for analysis or managing conflicts, Symphony is laser-focused on helping build long-term, trusted relationships with families.
Symphony joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, after holding a Senior Associate role at First Republic since 2022. From 2013 to 2022, she was a Project Manager at Sempra Energy and American Electric Power, managing wind farms around the country, including Apple Blossom, Black Oak Getty, Desert Sky and Trent Mesa, and assisting in the construction of Flat Ridge III Wind. At Sempra Energy, Symphony assisted the Business Development team in the sale of Mobile Gas and Willmut Gas. Earlier, she worked in supporting roles for JMG Capital, American Realty Advisors and Relational Investors.
Symphony attended the University of Hawaii Manoa and West Los Angeles City College, with a major in Political Science.
