Jennifer Franco Dias is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Jennifer draws on more than a decade of experience to work with individuals and families as they pursue their goals. After years of serving institutional clients, she brings that background to personal wealth management, helping clients navigate J.P. Morgan’s capabilities in a clear and personal way. Jennifer approaches each strategy as an evolving plan, continually considering clients’ changing needs alongside market conditions and the firm’s broad resources.
Consistency, thoughtful preparation and a willingness to engage with difficult questions are central to Jennifer’s approach. She invests deeply in her client relationships, striving to anticipate what clients may need as their financial lives unfold. Her experience across global markets, financing and alternative investments provides a strong foundation for helping clients evaluate complex financial decisions while maintaining a wider view of their goals.
Jennifer returned to J.P. Morgan in 2026, having begun her financial services career with the firm in 2015 and spending seven years there before pursuing an opportunity outside the firm. Over the course of her career, she has partnered with global hedge funds, asset managers and asset owners on financial matters. Jennifer earned a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University, where she played Division I lacrosse. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designee and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and a Maryland Life and Health Insurance license.
Jennifer lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland, with her husband and two daughters. She remains involved with The George Washington University community through mentoring and enjoys traveling to Portugal to visit family. Outside of the office, Jennifer is an avid comedy fan and particularly enjoys discovering up-and-coming comedians.
