Dick brings more than 40 years of engagement with the capital markets to offer institutions and ultra-high-net-worth individuals direct access to a broad range of innovative opportunities, including private placements, private equity, alternative investments, separately managed accounts, ETFs and mutual funds.
An influential leader among finance professionals, Dick works in partnership to provide coverage for a sophisticated client base that seeks personalized ways to invest and preserve their wealth. His experience as an equity fundraiser has provided the tools to assess the investment landscape and the leading asset managers in the industry. He has held a lifelong interest in the markets and is driven by a desire to help others prioritize approaches that align with their goals and needs.
Dick began his career as a Financial Consultant and has held important roles with Legg Mason, Lincoln Financial, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management and AMG. His capability set includes team collaboration, business development and relationship management. He has a strong history of elevating others and serves as a mentor and guide for both investors and clients.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Dick earned a B.A. in Government and International Studies. He attended on a D1 swimming scholarship and was a National Junior Olympic swimming champion.
Dick was born and raised in Bethesda and has deep ties to the area. He believes in giving back to society and our veterans and has served as an officer on the Board of Governors for Congressional Country Club. Previously, he was a member of the Clay Foundation and supported the Luke's Wings Foundation. Dick and his wife, Alex, have three adult children. To relax, he continues to swim and enjoys playing golf, fishing and cycling.
