About Eftjola

Eftjola (Effie) Glozheni is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Effie joined the firm with the team from First Republic in 2023 and brings clients more than 20 years of financial services experience. Previously, she was a Wealth Management Client Associate at Merrill Lynch. Effie began her career at Westfield Capital Management, LLC, where, as Operations Manager for more than ten years, she was responsible for the administration of client portfolios and assisted the investment team in various aspects of the investment process.

Effie relishes the opportunity to work closely with clients and colleagues alike and she has honed the ability to provide clients with the highest level of personal service, care and consideration.

As the first point of contact for many clients, Effie manages operational client support and assists the team in all phases of client relationship management, handling new account openings, account maintenance, market executions and money transfers. Effie feels invested in clients' success and satisfaction. Her goal is to enhance the group's boutique service model and provide the consistent attention clients would expect from a top-tier wealth management group.

Effie grew up in Albania, moved to the U.S. when she was 16 years old, and earned a B.A. in Managerial Finance with minors in Math and Economics from Simmons University, where she played on the varsity volleyball team. Active in her church and son's school PTA organization, Effie resides in Braintree, Massachusetts with her husband, Charlie, two sons and one puppy. She spends most of her time at her sons' sports events including basketball and baseball games, and enjoys yoga, hiking and gardening.
