About Brittany

Brittany Downey is a Business Management Specialist at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As a member of The Firstman, Horncastle, Cram, Worley Group, Brittany takes the lead in managing administration and operations activities for the team. She brings a collaborative approach to solving problems, removing obstacles, and ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Brittany is often a client's first point of contact, providing personalized and attentive service and evaluating optimal strategies in which she can handle their inquiry. She works heavily in the alternative investment space and on other complex issues that individuals face. Brittany prides herself on being someone clients can trust to keep processes moving so their money can work for them. Professional yet personable, she makes sure that each individual knows that no question is too big or too small.

Brittany holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). She graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Public Relations. Brittany began her career on the marketing side within a client and agency setting, where she honed strong skills in relationship management and problem resolution. Brittany joined J.P. Morgan in 2018 to pivot towards wealth management, drawn to the firm and the team's stellar reputation and work ethic. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Brittany has called Atlanta 'home' since 2015. She resides in the heart of Buckhead with her rescue dog, Athena. When not spending time with her friends, Brittany enjoys exploring her neighborhood and other surrounding cities in the southeast.
