About Jill

Jillian Czaplinski is a Client Associate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As a member of The Firstman, Horncastle, Cram, Worley Group, Jill provides value-added operational and executional support to address the sophisticated needs of the team's high-net-worth clients. Her responsibilities include money movement, transaction monitoring, customer inquiries, and customized ad hoc requests.

Jill recognizes the need to be highly responsive—and innovative—amid the fast-paced environment of wealth management. She is known for delivering in a timely manner, weighing options, and escalating issues as quickly as possible. She strives to view concepts from each client's perspective, explaining complex ideas in understandable terms.

Jill earned a B.S. in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, where she was the captain of the University's Division III lacrosse team. She has maintained a strong connection to the school and coached the team for a year upon graduation. Jill began her professional career as an Accounting Analyst on the other side of the balance sheet. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2021 and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Though originally from New York, Jill has resided in Atlanta for over five years. She enjoys exploring the city with her dog, Jax.
