About Connie
Connie Hayes is a Client Service Associate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a member of the Kritzer-Castellaw Group, she provides operational and administrative support for high-net-worth individuals (and their families). Connie's responsibilities include fund transfers, addressing inquiries, IRA distributions, monitoring transactions and various other tasks to help our business run smoothly. She works diligently to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Connie graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Commercial Recreation. With 21 years of experience in financial services, she began her career in 1998 with Sterne, Agee and Leach as an Equity Trader, and then moved to Credit Suisse, working as a Sales Assistant and in Operations, and then to UBS, where she developed skills to carefully address individual clients' needs. Connie joined J.P. Morgan in 2019 with her team.
Active in her community, Connie volunteers at her children's schools and at her church. She lives in Smyrna, Georgia, with her husband and two sons, and enjoys spending her free time with them and her extended family and friends.
