About Machelle

Machelle Reed is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As a member of The Rottner Group, Machelle leads the administrative functions for the team, working to create an exceptional client service experience. She manages and contributes to the group's workflow, overseeing a range of important processes—trade execution, account opening, and implementing key logistical functions.

Machelle's earlier background as a financial advisor informs her deep perspective on many aspects of the client experience. She anticipates their challenges and equips herself with targeted strategies to help address them.

Beginning her career in accounting with construction and insurance companies, Machelle transitioned to financial services at Ameriprise, followed by client associate positions at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2023.

Machelle studied accounting and computer science at Kennesaw State University, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 66 and 31 securities licenses. She and her husband live near Ball Ground, Georgia, where she is active in Calvary Baptist Church in Canton. They have two adult children and two perfect grandchildren. In her free time, Machelle volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the United Service Organizations (USO).
