About Sonia
Sonia Lee is an Investment Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Sonia is an integral member of The Phil Scott Group, helping advance client priorities through her diligence, organizational skills and clear communication. She holds a number of responsibilities, including meeting coordination, preparation and follow-through, as well as facilitation of account reviews, customized report generation and team operations. Proactive by nature, Sonia applies the knowledge she has gained from supporting high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients, sensitive to their distinctive needs and interests.
As a central point of contact for clients and team members, Sonia is highly skilled in advancing a seamless client experience. She is adept in identifying the resources that clients require to pursue their objectives, integrating these capabilities in areas that include financial planning, trust and estate planning services, cash flow modeling, and investing. Sonia also supports the team by spearheading its event planning initiatives, applying a thorough and methodical approach.
Sonia draws on more than two decades of wealth management experience. She joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, moving with her team. Earlier, Sonia spent three years with First Republic Private Wealth Management, where she was a Registered Senior Client Associate. Her experience also includes 16 years with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, where she gained a keen understanding of the needs of an accomplished clientele.
Sonia earned dual degrees from the University of Washington. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration – Marketing and a B.A. in Business Administration – Finance. She has attained the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation.
Sonia and her husband have a son and daughter. They enjoy spending time outdoors in Eastern Washington, whether playing in the snow, spending time on the water, or visiting local orchards and farms. Sonia also volunteers regularly with her children's schools.
