Alec Feinstein is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a member of FGF Partners, Alec provides in-depth advice and strategy to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them discern what they want to accomplish with their wealth and pursue those goals more effectively. Deeply committed to the clients he advises, Alec develops close-knit relationships with each client or family, providing them with honest advice and intensive service designed to make their financial lives easier and more fulfilling.
Alec has significant experience advising an accomplished clientele, including professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs and executives. Keenly attuned to each client's circumstances, he designs tailored investment portfolios and lending solutions that complement the financial needs of each person or family, helping them build and preserve wealth across generations.
Clients look to Alec as an attentive listener who is able to translate their goals into concrete initiatives, maintaining steady progress on their behalf. He explains that he is skilled in walking clients through "the schematic" of their portfolios, explaining the roles their investments play in their lives—a clarity that clients appreciate. Alec prides himself on his accessibility and his genuine desire to help people "find the right path" to pursue their ambitions and support a comfortable quality of life.
Prior to moving to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management with his team in 2023, Alec spent seven years with First Republic Private Wealth Management, where he started as a Client Relationship Analyst and was then promoted to Vice President and Wealth Manager. Earlier, he was a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with UBS, where he worked for four years. Alec began his career as a commercial real estate broker—a role he held for 25 years. In this capacity, he developed a deep network of relationships in the commercial office leasing and investment communities.
Alec earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Southern California. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation.
In his free hours, Alec loves bringing people together and spending time with his family and friends. He and his wife, Marissa, have two daughters. Alec enjoys a variety of activities, including hiking with Kona, his much-loved standard poodle; going to the beach; attending live music events; dining; exploring new wines and traveling.
