Forbes
Welcome
At FGF Partners, we are a highly experienced team dedicated to providing an exceptional level of care to the clients we advise. Our three principals—Jim Fletcher, Vito Gioiello and Maureen Flanagan—are all fiduciaries who hold the Chartered Financial Analyst®designation awarded through the CFA®Institute. As fiduciaries, we are obligated to pursue a client's best interests—a high standard that is the foundation of our work.
We have purposefully built our team to provide clients with continuity and stability in the years ahead. The leaders of our team draw on decades of practical experience guiding a high-achieving clientele. Our team is comprised of Advisors and Associates from varied life stages and perspectives, allowing us to connect well with multiple generations of client families.
Deeply attuned to each client's situation
When clients engage our advice, we take the time to develop an intimate understanding of each person's needs and interests. These conversations are wide ranging, including assets and liabilities, as well as risk tolerance, tax situation, family dynamics, financial concerns, and long-term aspirations. Our work is highly customized, reflecting our intention to fine-tune our approach to the distinctive circumstances of each relationship.
We are firm proponents of financial and estate planning and begin each relationship with fact-gathering to discern if clients are on a path to pursue their goals. We establish clear objectives and formalize these within a client's financial plan. These plans allow us to pinpoint the capabilities that clients require, drawing on the resources of our team and associated specialists to identify possible efficiencies and capitalize on timesensitive opportunities.
A single source for cohesive wealth management
The clients who seek our advice often have complex finances that require sustained attention. We work well with their intermediaries, including their tax and legal advisors, advancing steady progress grounded in clear communication and coordination.
We are adept in the disciplines that substantial wealth can require:
- Portfolio design
- Alternative investments
- Trust and estate planning services
- Business sale and succession planning
- Concentrated and restricted stock strategies
- Retirement planning and cashflow
- Family wealth dynamics and stewardship
- Banking and lending
- Charitable giving and philanthropic planning
We welcome the chance to speak with you about your wealth management needs.
