About Scott
Scott Thomlison is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a co-leader of The SWYT Team, Scott advises wealth creators, many of whom are business owners and entrepreneurs who are either preparing their business for sale or have already achieved that milestone. He offers reliable leadership, precise coordination and a perceptive understanding of the opportunities and challenges of substantial wealth. An attentive listener, Scott serves as a primary point of contact for all investment management, private banking and wealth transfer needs, supporting clients in their efforts to pursue their ambitions and enhance the long-term trajectories of successive generations.
Clients look to Scott for his ability to help them weigh their decisions and evaluate their hierarchy of objectives. He has particular depth in financial planning and serves as the primary planner for the team, integrating pre-transaction structuring, cash flow modeling, investing, trust and estate planning, and family wealth dynamics. Scott believes clients gain peace of mind from his ability to oversee complex initiatives on their behalf, collaborating effectively with their tax and legal intermediaries to maintain steady momentum.
Scott joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, moving with his team from First Republic Investment Management, where he was an Associate Director and Associate Wealth Manager.
