About Damir
Damir Mesinovic is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As the founder of The M Group, Damir works with a select group of high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions, delivering advisory guidance and wealth planning services to help address their sophisticated objectives.
Damir applies a consultative approach to understand his clients' goals and design a strategy that aligns with the range of their needs, encompassing both sides of the balance sheet. He facilitates direct access to J.P. Morgan's powerful resources, including awardwinning research1 , expansive platforms and intellectual horsepower, to help organize the critical pillars of their financial life into a single, integrated picture.
Damir brings a focus to asset management, retirement planning, insurance/risk management, banking and lending services, and other essential elements of wealth management. His calm and level-headed style encourages clients to stay the course during challenging market periods.
A native of Yugoslavia, Damir came to the United States with his family when he was nine years old. His international heritage has fostered a global perspective and an appreciation for the value of hard work and perseverance. Damir is a graduate of UCLA, which he attended as an alumni scholar, earning a B.A. in Business Economics. He holds the Chartered Financial AnalystTM (CFA®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®(AIF®) designations.
Damir lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Heather. In his free time, he indulges his passion for travel, fine dining and attending sporting events.
