Megan Decker is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Megan provides administrative and customer service support for the team. Her responsibilities include assisting with onboarding procedures and addressing inquiries. With attentiveness and care, Megan works diligently to deliver an excellent client experience.

Megan joined J.P. Morgan in 2025, bringing more than five years of experience in marketing and account management. Prior to her current role, she focused on loyalty marketing, strategic partnerships and project management, helping clients pursue results. Megan earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from California State University, Northridge.

Outside of work, Megan is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys hiking and spending time with her two sisters.
