About Anthony
Anthony Alvarez is a Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Tony works with high-net-worth individuals—including business owners, executives and professionals—to offer a range of wealth planning and investment management services. He brings a coordinated, goals-based approach that integrates planning and portfolio strategy, helping clients organize their financial lives and move forward with more confidence and clarity. Acting as a central point of coordination, Tony collaborates with clients and their other professionals to help keep strategies aligned as needs evolve.
As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee, Tony brings a handson, proactive approach, focusing on building relationships grounded in transparency, responsiveness and attention to detail. He listens closely to understand clients’ objectives, then translates those priorities into a practical planning framework. Direct and organized, he is committed to open communication and consistent follow-through, helping clients stay on track while adapting thoughtfully to changing circumstances.
Tony launched his career at J.P. Morgan in 2021. He began as a Client Associate on a team serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and later advanced to an Investment Associate role, supporting clients with a broader range of wealth management needs. This progression provided a strong foundation in both client service and investment execution, shaping his approach today. Tony earned an M.S. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Miami. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Tony lives in Coral Gables with his wife and their two dogs. He is active in his community through the Nicklaus Children’s Young Ambassadors program and maintains strong ties to his Christopher Columbus High School and University of Miami alumni networks. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, traveling, golfing and spending time with family.
