About Bob
Bob Holland is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a founding member of The Holland Goodwyn Group, he provides strategic advisory guidance to high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, institutions, foundations and endowments for the development of investment approaches, wealth preservation and the diversification of assets.
Bob is skilled at developing sophisticated strategies that seek value and opportunity in the marketplace. His clients regard him as the financial component of their team to work in unison toward personalized goals. Bob consults directly with members of private equity firms and corporate executives to help manage the distribution of their concentrated positions. Through an open and honest approach, he assists clients in helping them make the most of their equity compensation goals.
Bob is a member of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Portfolio Manager Program, and is one of a select group of advisors who undergo a screening process to manage discretionary client portfolios, and are subject to ongoing quantitative and qualitative reviews to assess each advisor's investment strategy. He uses a variety of investment vehicles to build tailored portfolios, which he manages in-house. His focus is trained on the customized needs of each client, and he invests their assets as if they were his own.
With over 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry, Bob began his career in 1986 with Drexel Burnham Lambert. He later joined Robertson Stephens, where he focused on advising the executives and strategic investors that were clients of the investment bank's healthcare sector. Bob served in similar roles as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers and as an Executive Director at Barclays Capital. In 2011, he joined J.P. Morgan, drawn to the firm's entrepreneurial environment and robust investment platforms.
Bob attended Bryant University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.
