She is skilled in listening attentively and facilitating timely responses to client inquiries, following consistent processes so that clients can enjoy the immediacy and attentiveness they deserve.

Clients look to Cynthia for a range of needs. She is adept in new account onboarding, money movement, account inquiries, team operations and special projects. That comfort, she notes, is one of the most precious aspects of each relationship—an honor she works hard to uphold.

Prior to moving to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management with her team in 2023, Cynthia was a Client Relationship Director with First Republic Private Wealth Management. Her experience also includes 17 years with Merrill, most recently as a Private Wealth Relationship Manager within Merrill Private Wealth Management.
