About Cynthia
Cynthia Cougoule is a Relationship Manager at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Cynthia is the primary point of contact for client relationships within The Rutledge Custodio Team, addressing each person's needs with warmth, thoroughness and a genuine desire to make clients' lives easier. With more than two decades of experience in private wealth management, Cynthia understands the priorities of an accomplished clientele. She is skilled in listening attentively and facilitating timely responses to client inquiries, following consistent processes so that clients can enjoy the immediacy and attentiveness they deserve.
Clients look to Cynthia for a range of needs. She is adept in new account onboarding, money movement, account inquiries, team operations and special projects. Whatever the need, Cynthia does her best to identify the resources that clients require, following through with diligence and resolve. Cynthia relates that she strives to treat each client like her own family members, often becoming a trusted member of a client's inner circle. That comfort, she notes, is one of the most precious aspects of each relationship—an honor she works hard to uphold.
Prior to moving to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management with her team in 2023, Cynthia was a Client Relationship Director with First Republic Private Wealth Management. Her experience also includes 17 years with Merrill, most recently as a Private Wealth Relationship Manager within Merrill Private Wealth Management.
Cynthia earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. She holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation and is a Notary Public for the state of California.
Cynthia is an instrument rated pilot, nurturing a love of flying that she shares with her son. She flies pets for various rescue organizations in California and also fosters rescue animals in her home.
Cynthia and her husband live in the South Bay Area and have three children.
