About Jessica

Jessica Decker is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Jessica delivers comprehensive wealth strategies, advice and services to individuals, families, nonprofits and foundations. She partners with clients to help pursue their wealth objectives, advising them on wealth planning, portfolio design and management, treasury management and banking services.

Passionate about building lasting relationships, Jessica listens to each individual's stories and builds long-lasting connections. She serves as an advocate, keeping values and goals top of mind as she constructs strategies to help clients flourish. Her goal is to take extraordinary care of their financial lives and legacies by bringing to bear the platforms, specialists and thought leadership of the firm.

Jessica transitioned to J.P. Morgan in 2023 from a Senior Relationship Manager role at First Republic Bank. There, she spent more than a decade advising, executing and delivering banking, lending, planning and wealth management services with internal and external partners. Previously, Jessica served as a Corporate Finance Associate at Orca Capital, which she joined in 2012. She began her professional journey working with ultra-high-net-worth clients in the art industry.

Jessica holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. She earned a B.A. with a dual major in Fine Art and Art History and a minor in French from Scripps College in Claremont, CA.

Jessica lives in Portland, Oregon with her young family. She values the importance of art accessibility and is a board member of Converge 45, Portland's citywide contemporary art exhibition. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, hiking and seeking new additions to her collection of contemporary art. She is fluent in French.
