About Kaitlyn Winn
Kaitlyn Winn is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Kaitlyn serves as a Wealth Advisor and planner for The Newman Jones Wealth Management Group, helping clients gain greater clarity over the scope and trajectory of their wealth. An engaged listener, she begins each relationship with an in-depth discussion of each clients' financial situation, as well as a client's aspirations, concerns, and intentions. By framing these "pieces of the puzzle" into a more cohesive whole, Kaitlyn is able to help clients ask—and answer—important questions in their financial lives. She particularly enjoys working with clients who have a "why for their wealth"–who want to channel their resources to support positive change in their families and communities.
Proactive in her outlook and advice, Kaitlyn notes that she and her team lead with planning—a discipline that enables them to integrate other facets of client wealth, such as investing, wealth transfer, business and succession planning, retirement analysis and charitable giving. She is proud to serve as a trusted partner who can help people discern meaningful goals and design a more customized pathway to those priorities. A natural educator, Kaitlyn also looks to ensure that clients are comfortable with the trajectory of their wealth, adding to their confidence as stewards of their financial lives.
Kaitlyn joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management with her team in 2023. Earlier, she spent seven years with First Republic Private Wealth Management, where her roles included Financial Planning Analyst and Client Relationship Analyst. Kaitlyn began her wealth management career in 2012 with Stifel Financial Corp. A graduate of North Park University, she earned her B.A. magna cum laude. Committed to professional excellence, she is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Within her community, Kaitlyn has volunteered for many years with area nonprofits and is committed to enhancing financial literacy among underserved populations. She and her husband, Mitch, live in Northeast Portland with their young son, as well as their dog, Zoey, and cat, Patches. In her free hours, Kaitlyn enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, reading anything she can get her hands on, running, and doing yoga.
CFP Board owns the marks CFP® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® in the U.S.
