About Habib

Habib Ngom is a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Habib is responsible for all operational aspects of the team: client onboarding, account management, trading, wires, and the day-to-day infrastructure that allows Christian and Betsy to focus entirely on client relationships.

Habib first joined Betsy Bliss in 1999—a relationship that has now spanned 27 years across three firms.

Habib began his financial services career at Charles Schwab as a retirement specialist and went on to Robertson Stephens as a syndicate coordinator before joining Betsy at Oppenheimer in 1999. The team transitioned to Bear Stearns in 2003 and subsequently to J.P. Morgan. He brings 27 years of financial services experience to the operational backbone of the practice.

Originally from Senegal, Habib is fluent in French and English, with conversational Spanish and a working knowledge of Arabic. He holds a B.S. in Economics from San Francisco State University and lives in Oakland with his wife and two children.
