Koushik Gopineedi is a Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Koushik works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and founders, helping them launch or revisit retirement plans for their employees, while also laying essential groundwork for their own retirements. His knowledge of fiduciary best practices and background in private wealth provide clients with a differentiated experience in structuring their retirement plans.
Well versed in plan design, investment selection, administration, servicing and education, Koushik serves as a single point of contact for the extensive resources of J.P. Morgan. He excels in designing retirement plans that can help founders save money through tax-sensitive strategies.
He is also skilled in structuring retirement plans that help retain valuable employees, uphold an employer's fiduciary responsibility, enhance employee wellness, and create a more dignified retirement for workers in the years ahead.
Having grown up in a family business, Koushik is keenly aware of the many demands on a business owner's time. He appreciates that retirement planning can be one more "to-do" in a long list of demands. Koushik looks to relieve this burden, overseeing the retirement planning process, from menu selection through payroll deduction and on- site education. He enjoys meeting directly with owners and employees, counseling them about their options. By learning more about a business owner's vision and intentions, Koushik is able to tailor his advice to the specific parameters of each organization.
Koushik joined J.P. Morgan in 2023. Earlier, he spent more than four years at Morgan Stanley, where he worked with a Private Wealth team and was a Financial Advisor. He earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Dedicated to professional excellence, he holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® certification, demonstrating his knowledge of fiduciary practices.
Originally from Cupertino, Koushik now lives in San Francisco, where he is developing a passion for the San Francisco Symphony. In his free time, he is obtaining his pilot's license. Koushik enjoys riding his motorcycle through the hills of Marin County and indulging in San Francisco's vibrant restaurant scene.
